prep for the presidential debate

Many people probably assume that Obama and Romney Pick out their suits, and eat a nice dinner before getting up to the podium for a debate. Well, they're wrong. Their suits and ties are picked out long before hand, their food is chosen, and even their wife's clothes are picked out. They go through mock debates with different people, and Romney was even coached on how to sit on his stool. Months and months of hard work practicing and running debates are what make these battles happen.

2nd Presidential debate

The second Presidential debate was feisty. Many times, Romney and Obama were yelling over one another. Both of them fought the moderator for more time, even though they were keeping to a certain time limit. The Moderator, Candy Crowley, was the first Woman to ever be a presidential debate moderator. She handled it quite well in the beginning, but by the middle she was in the triangle of never ending shouting. Both the Republicans and the Democrats were happy with this debate, and there was no obvious winner.

wheat weight

Dr. William Davis, a cardiologist, published a book about what he calls "Perfect, Chronic Poison", in other words, modern Wheat.
"It's an 18-inch tall plant created by genetic research in the '60s and '70s, This thing has many new features nobody told you about, such as there's a new protein in this thing called gliadin. It's not gluten. I'm not addressing people with gluten sensitivities and celiac disease. I'm talking about everybody else because everybody else is susceptible to the gliadin protein that is an opiate. This thing binds into the opiate receptors in your brain and in most people stimulates appetite, such that we consume 440 more calories per day, 365 days per year." says Dr. Davis.
Now, that was a lot of words, and you may be wondering "who cares?!" well lets just see what Dr. Davis has to say about that, shall we?
"If three people lost eight pounds, big deal, But we're seeing hundreds of thousands of people losing 30, 80, 150 pounds. Diabetics become no longer diabetic; people with arthritis having dramatic relief. People losing leg swelling, acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, and on and on every day."
As you can see, this modern day wheat is certainly a big deal.
